For brokers outside India, particularly those in the United States, you can join through eXp Realty's commercial division and connect with our India platform directly.
Co-brokerage Protocol
India CRE Partners welcomes co-brokerage on exclusive mandates subject to the following conditions:

Buyers must be pre-qualified and not already in our database.

A co-brokerage agreement must be signed before any property information is shared.

Commission split is agreed in writing prior to introduction.

All negotiations go through India CRE Partners as the seller's representative.

Buyer's broker is expected to maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
